We offer three flexible commission plans: 100%, 90%, and 80%.
- 100% Plan: $495 per deal. Qualify by closing 15 personal deals in the previous year.
- 90% & 80% Plans: $250 transaction fee per deal, which disappears after your first 10 personal transactions.
Our caps are among the lowest in the industry, just $10k–$12k, with no franchise fees.
We cover your technology, E&O insurance, office access, and more.
100% & 90% Plans: $295 quarterly fee.
80% Plan: No monthly fee—one of our most popular options! Just stay active with at least one rental or sale every 6 months, or a temporary $99/month productivity fee applies (removed once you close a deal).

Yes! Through our exclusive partnership with Zillow Flex, we provide agents with warm, motivated leads - people ready to see homes, not just cold call lists. Our goal is to help you close more deals, faster.
Absolutely! We’ve developed a robust, multi-tiered approach to help new agents excel quickly. It starts with our Launch program… five classes covering business-building, lead generation, working with buyers and sellers, financing, and contract training. You’ll also experience a shadow day, touring a home with our BIC to see client work in action. Afterward, you’re paired with a transaction coach to guide you through your first two transactions, ensuring you feel confident and prepared.
We’re committed to your growth at every stage. Enjoy bi-monthly masterminds (in-person and online), ongoing training sessions, and a business-building accountability program, all at no extra cost. Our collaborative culture ensures you’re always supported.
